At Cost Cutter BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product received

  • Missing item(s) in the package

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile banking services

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong or damaged product.
