1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order is shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective product received

  • Missing item(s) from the package

To request a return, please contact Wellness Essentials BD within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customers may be required to provide relevant photos or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer

4. Refund Process

If a return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile financial services, depending on the circumstances.

The actual time required for the refund to reach the customer may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, shipping charges may be refunded when the return is caused by an error on our part, such as:

  • Sending the wrong product

  • Sending a damaged product

  • Sending a defective product
